Shipping & Delivery
At Luxe Living, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. For orders over $200, shipping is free. Orders under $200 are subject to a flat $15 shipping fee.
- Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Freight Deliveries:
If your order includes items shipped via a third-party freight carrier (e.g., large or oversized items), you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate so the carrier can reach you directly.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and verifying your payment was authorized. Your card will not be charged until the item ships unless the product is back-ordered, in which case we’ll secure the item for you by holding the payment.
