What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend thoroughly inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage—whether to the item itself or the box—please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you're unable to inspect the item at that moment but suspect damage, kindly write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your product does arrive damaged, simply send clear photos of the damage to support@theluxelivingco.com. Our team will prioritize your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
